Volunteers form an integral part Ongiara College. If you would like to volunteer a gift of time or labor, please contact Tara Welty (Board of Directors, Ongiara Foundation) via email- volunteer@ongiaracollege.ca or phone- 716-598-9100. We welcome your input- if you have an idea about how you can volunteer with Ongiara, please let us know!

Here are some of the ways to volunteer:

Gifts of Time

* Get excited and talk to people about Ongiara College
* Recruit folks who are willing to go on our mailing list & receive further information
* Have college brochures, catalogues and information leaflets displayed in your work place and your home; distribute these to friends, family and throughout your community
* Promote the Diploma of Acupuncture and Moxibustion program to potential students
* Become an advocate for our membership and fundraising drive
* Sign up new members of Ongiara College
* Sell tickets for our annual fundraising benefit

Gifts of Physical Labor

* Have a garage sale and send the profits to the college
* Enter any local event, find sponsors and send the sponsorship money to the college
* Volunteer to help at the college or Ridge Rd during published workweeks
* Volunteer to help at our annual fundraising benefit
