Property that is owned outright can be gifted to Ongiara.  You will receive a charitable receipt for the fair market value of the property, as determined by a qualified appraiser. When appreciated property is donated to Ongiara you may or may not be obliged to report a percentage of the capital gain (determined differently under Canadian/US law): please discuss this with your financial advisor/accountant.

You also have the option of retaining a life interest in property that you gift, allowing you to retain the right to use the property during your lifetime or for a specific term of years. Ongiara would issue a tax receipt based on the value of the real estate adjusted for your life expectancy.
